Has a elastic band that could probably stretch a little more

4 1/2 inches back view neck down to back
Back is shorter since it doesn't have the ruffle added measurements from the front

12 inches around the neck

I paid $19.99 plus tax for this cute dress. But it end up being the wrong size for a gift so instead of returning it I'm auctioning it.
Currently $5.00 buys you 37,000 credits x 4 = 148,000
That's not including taxes and the free shipping I'm paying.
And after posting this as a GIN I only receive 135,000 actually not clearing what I paid for this dress.
