Unused AT&T 3g Cell Phone Sim card.

Was never tied to an account.

Can be used on a SIM reader/writer for any purpose, if you know how to reprogram it.

I have my granddaughter phone to reuse. My son said I could find in the settings how to clear but don't have her code(she forgot it) so to get in and do anything. I cleared out all her calls etc manually, and one by one since I did have her security code to delete all at once. I don't know much about this new stuff with sim cards. I usually have gotten mine at the AT&T stores and everything is done. The phone is for new person without old sim card. Looks like I should just get a new sim card. What do you think? Thanks!

Last time I attempted to get a new card from the ATT Store had attempted to charge me a few dollars, so I obtained one from a friend, as they will set it up with your account if you already have one for free. In regard to the phone you will most likely need to run a master reset to clear all the contents, the default passcode for that is normally 1111 or 0000 .

The phone is not connected to AT&T yet so couldn't clear the phone I guess with either one of the codes you gave. I don't use very much, just a connection with the family. I don't give out my # to many people unless necessary so have bid to start new. Thank you again for your help.
