Feeling a little dumb, but I can't figure out what this is. I know it's a birdhouse, but does it come with the bird and ivy and everything? It looks like a painting, more that a photo.

no need to feel like that hon , this is a bird house -indeed comes with the bird and ivy and everything - you can place it indoor ( decorative ) or can be placed outdoor ( as made from resin and weather resistant) and is very functional.
I collect them - and I always bought 3 pcs of the ones I loved .I have two listed here - no space anymore .The are brnd new
