Battery also holds up very well.

Ipad has cracks on screen(just on the outside glass, no leak lcd), and dents/dings on the body/corners. But when you play the ipad and the screen is on, the cracked screen is not really noticeable/visible.

It will come with the orange case, stylus, and usb cable (no wall charger). The case helps to protect the ipad, and to hide the imperfections on the body :)

Please note the iOS on this device updates to 5.1it won't update any higher and it is currently at iOS 5.1

Yes but you will not be able to download apps that require a higher ios
