The listing, 1810 CLASSIC HEAD HALF CENT has ended.

This Saturday of auctions is a "SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY" day.

This auction is for an 1810 Classic Head Half Cent Coin.
As you can see in the scans and pictues above, this coin is well circulated and almost in a good condition.
Being 206 years old, that is almost to be expected, but is a great "hole-filler" if nothing else. And of course, being this old, even at this grade, it is rare and worth a bit more.

The scans above are of the actual item that you will receive, and are provided for you to determine the condition and/or grade of it.
I never clean or alter coins in any way, and do my best to allow you to see every detail and/or every blemish that the coins I list have, so that you can make an informed and confident bid.
I am no longer accepting GIN offers for my auctions, everyone now gets a shot at bidding.

Now that the holidays are over with, the Post Office has been doing a better job of getting packages to their destination in a timely manner, but not all of them. Some are still taking up to a week (or more) for no special or evident reason.
Just let it be known that all items will be sent the next available day after end of auction, for I actually go to the Post Office and pay the Postage and Tracking in person so that you will receive your item as soon as possible. I also check all Tracking numbers daily and will keep you informed of anything that is out of the ordinary.

This is worth almost $60 when in absolute worst condition! A mint state could be worth upwards to $4,000! Obviously this coin is somewhere between there. Good coin—good auction!

maybe someone who has not yet upgraded their glasses prescription might just see a mint state coin and bid accordingly :)

if the date was not able to be read, I would not have put the date in the title. I can even see the date in the picture supplied on the auction site, you can not?
I am so surprised as to how many people think that I am trying to decieve them with all of my auctions.
nothing in my description is telling you that it is anything more than in AG condition and the date is legible. if you do not want to bid on it, please move on unless you can find something to comment on that is not correct here between the title and description of what is being shown.
