They measure about 3.25 inches tall. The speakers have an excellent stereo sound and a powerful built-in amplifier. These speakers take 3 AA batteries which are included. They are compatible with all MP3 players and iPOD players with standard headphone jacks. These speakers compress for travel and also have a magnetic closure system that protects the speaker cones.

I got this a while back and never used them. Waste to me. My mistake is your gain!
