This cute toy is a nostalgic throw-back to a simpler time when kids didn't have cell phones x boxes or computerized toys and were happy to spend hours playing with a small, amusing novelty. This is a plasticTwirl Hummer. You loop a string through it then put each end of the loop over a finger as shown in pic 3. Then you twirl the string with hummer on it like you were swinging a jump rope. When you have a bunch of twists in the string stop swinging and pull evenly from both fingers out and in and out and in. The faster the hummer goes the more of a whizzing sound it will make. We have included the string which is actually kite string because it's very strong. The penny is just to show size. If you collect Cracker Jack items, vintage toys, small items or just want to show your kids what playing was like "back in the day" this is for you! By the way...when I was a kid, let's just say that wasn't yesterday, my Grandmom had a big coat button which she would thread the same way and let me play with it...that was the predecessor to the twirl hummer you see here.
