This auction is for a very delicious and useful Hungarian hazelnut cake family recipe (translated to English by me) that I've made for years, and my mom has made as birthday cakes since I was a child. It's very fast and easy to make, and only has three ingredients, if you don't count the frosting! All my relatives rave about it, even my in-laws who aren't Hungarian. Let me be clear, I don't have any problems digesting flour, and I choose to make this cake anyway, over and over, because it's the best.

This recipe isn't modified to be gluten-free with weird ingredients, it's already gluten-free because the cake is flourless. It can also be very easily modified to be completely long-chain sugar free if you need a Specific Carbohydrate Diet for Crohn's or IBD, because Hungarian recipes go by weight instead of volume, so just change the sugar to honey or fructose. I've done that too, and been asked for the recipe. I will also include volume conversion so you can use a cup measure, in case you don't have a kitchen scale.
