That is correct. You sound disappointed but I find them very handy to use w/ this product.

No not disappointed. I just use a different technique for Urban Decay pigments. I flip it upside down tap on it a few times to allow the product to fall to the brush, then flip it rightside up, unscrew it, and tap the exess onto the back of my hand. This way you don't have to depot it from the pretty packaging. Yeah, the brush is horrible but the packaging is really pretty. For 3210 credits I look for more extras is all. No disrespect at all! I'll be watching! Graffiti is really nice!
