Are these new?Cause it looks like in the picture thier is a mark through the words Forever which means these are canceled stamps?

yes. I will be posting pictures of the roll I just purchased at the local post office. That is a picture that I got off the internet to show the stamps. Im not sure why but all the pitcures I tried to find online (that I saw) had the line through them??

When displaying images of stamps on the internet or in magazines the USPS requires a slash through the value so it can't be printed off and used as postage.

I think they put the mark on the pictures to prevent people from using the pics to send to put on envelopes. Just a theory.
