Description

The listing, jewelweed soap for poison ivy, oak, sumac, rashes, etc. has ended.

Lots of responses to my soap. 2 small cakes.Mountain Momma here, and I never venture into the wilds without it. Handed down recipe for glycerin soap Made with freshly picked jewelweed in the Appalachian Mts. This is from private stash, extra strength. No added chemicals. Carry in your pocket, tackle box, dash compartment, or keep in a jar by outside faucet to use after gardening. Be prepared for spring and summer. Took me some heavy duty hiking to pick this stash. Is a good deal. Is also good for insect bites and stings. I make a potent, strong and fresh soap, because it is for my use also. Just like mamma did. Cantankerous old lady here. Good luck bidding.

I have found some it works for, others no. It works on mine , it returns, but cant say for sure for you. I have more soap up for bids, maybe find one without a high bid and get some to try out., This soap dry's up skin on area you use it on. You wont notice that unless you let the lather set for several minutes , then rinse, and do this sevceral times. The chemicals in jewelweed diffuse and interact with ivy especially, then dries up the blisters , much better than store bought stuff.
