Here is a unique set of genuine aquamarine earrings set in 10kt yellow gold. each has a genuine white topaz (might be a diamond but i can't remember so won't say diamond will say it is at least a white topaz) over the blue aqua heart. i will say that the hearts are bezel set and are top quality ..bought several years ago at a fine nyc jeweler.
can't remember which one but i do remember it was off 42nd street in the diamond district.
