I make these, and am just starting out with new ideas and applications. this one has an under the sea theme. pretty floating blue and white glittery confetti, inside are tibetan silver meemaid, seahorses and stars, outside has tibetan silver mermaid and seahorse as well. they float around inside, and thus is quite bright and pretty! this does not include a chain, but if i get more in stock it will be added. this is sealed, and shouldnt be opened. however if you do, its 100% food grade safe liquid. i love doing these, and hope you enjoy them too.
