bought these , took the tags off , washed them and then tried them in. they don't fit. they as comfy but just don't fit me right. sz 18. cotton poly and spandex. just pull them on.

not sure what you mean by wide. 18W. usually means women's. is that what you mean ? if so , yes they are women's

Are these low on the waist? I am looking for the regular waist for my granddaughter and do you know how long they are? F&W.

they are not low. I would say natural waist or a little higher. they should be about 30" inseam. I don't recall them being too long on me and my inseam
is 30".
