This is a gold plated over sterling silver Amethyst pear shape cut ring with 2 accent stones on each side. I'm not sure if those are real diamonds or just Cubic Zirconia and not sure if the purple stone is real amethyst either. This is a size 9 as you can see from the stamp inside the band.

It is stamped with R China on one side and 925 9 on the other side. I tried to research this but was unable to find much information on the marks besides the 925 means sterling silver and the 9 means size.

The pictures make the stone look blue but it is indeed purple and beautiful at that.
