Observational Description: a Little man stands about 1 1/2" Tall. He is wearing a red coat and holding his black hat in his hand with the white band. He has white around the back of his head and I can only assume it represents white or gray hair. He has white under his coat, a yellow necktie or bow tie and a yellow area beneath one of his arms. The bottom is open. There is nothing there. He was bought at an estate sale from an 88-year-old woman who sold me a lot of antique salt & pepper shakers. I don't know anymore.

He feels handpainted. There are some flaws likely but he is too small for me to determine those flaws if they even exist. I don't have the best eyesight but I can see enough to say I don't see any cracks, breaks or chips. sorry, I took photos before he was cleaned up. Around his arm area is dust. I have cleaned him so he looks nice.

I don't know. I bought this little feller at an estate sale. I thought he was a salt or pepper shaker, but apparently I am wrong. I can't find anything like him online to assist with describing him. I think he is made of either porcelain or ceramic. See description below for more details.
