Plugged it in, cleared caller id and everything is in working order!! Batteries even work. Dont know how long they will work, but they work.

As far as dual voltage goes, I could not find that info....anywhere. And yes I can include the batteries but they are most likely dead batteries as these haven't been plugged in for 3 yrs
