con'td i have been here awhile now so have had the occasion scammer win t first i just gave the refund to get rid of them and that was the thanks i got from not making them wait the 5 day wait period for listia to handle it, I Have excellent feedback and earned it i wasnt going to let one scammer ruin it so i contacted listia and thankfully they looked into , saw i was in the right and they helped me get rid of it,
we have just 30 day window to change feedback or get it changed , i'm not saying they'll do it always , i am saying have a problem get hold of them thru ' member support" at bottom of every page , their very good and their to help ,
one more thing everyone with a negative takes crap because so many have proved they deserve it by NEVER Following thru, I Wouldm't let anyone run me out , they win , better to keep going , once you get a positive that negativity from people will stop, sad some bad apples make it hard for everyone new but hang in there you won't be new for long AND This auctions doing great . Please be real and don't prove me wrong , Can i ask one more thing please ? why would you auction this here when you could get cash for it where you said it's a great machine ? ,
p.s. my negative came from the 1st auction i won also ,i didn't deserve it and felt like quitting but here a year later i'm doing good and loving it,,

Aaaron209 thank you for responding , i really appreciate that you responded , i learned my lesson about giving refunds to people you don't quite trust so because you responded to me i'll share the tip i learned with you,,
Never willingly give a refund if you don't trust the winner because willingly giving back allows the negative button to be chosen, instead tell your side in a reply to their refund request and let listia decide who is in the right, When listia decides most times the negative button is not an option but it's always an option when we refund the winners ourselves,,

The only feedback I have is from a listing where the buyer didn't pay for shipping so before running your mouth trying to hate on my listing like im doing something wrong why don't you find out the facts and not make ignorant statements.

p.s very nice of you wanting to help get your lady things she likes here and as for pay pal ,yeah i don't have it either , heard too many bad things happen to friends few years back so i offer fee shipping and shop all free shipping, seems to work out quite fairly i jusy have to watch i don't list too many heavy items , one a month maybe the rest i try list items that are small, light weight but will get a lot of bids for , listing things not worth much the shipping can cost more than the credits are worth BUT I Get more outta this community ( i call the good members that ) have made a lot of excellent friends and connections plus its a lot of fun getting mail, love getting mail ,lol, Have a Wonderful Weekend p.s You probably know but be sure you get tracking on this and under value it if crossing the boarder it also keeps costs down, check around on the shipping someone told me sometimes it's cheaper to ship post other items cheaper to ship UPS or whatever it's called, Have some more tips but i'll save for another time in a private message if you' like, a year later i'm still learning new stuff here , Gotta run but i'm watching that bid it's very exciting,,

You completed only 1 auction ,didn't send the item but got 2 negaives ,how'd you manage that ? instead of hiding this comment why not tell us what happened,a chance to clear yourself, is it because the bid was too low to send ? because that bid was low Still were required to send no matter the bid but honestly being new i can see that happening

Had the buyer refused to pay exact shipping they would not have been able to leave you negative feedback and I rather doubt you would have mailed a working Iphone 5c won for 33k. Lose the attitude.

Mionier -- he said he willingly gave them a refund so yes they could give him a nagative . he should have fought it and he'd won , i did the same with a winner of mine ,wasn't over shipping cost with mine but same thing i didn't fight it and got a negative , Thankfully got it removed as was the only negative i ever got selling ,
the winner wasn't in the Country i was offering shipping to and thats the thanks they gave me for letting them off the hook for their mistake, ,maybe if i was new wouldn't got it fixed , lucky for me i had time to prove myself before having a nasty person win and give a negative i didn't deserve , i don't have enough credits or i'd be bidding, Winner doesn't get they get their credits back ,Winner gets it they have a awesome machine and we get another great listian , i seen a lot of new members scam but also seen a lot take heat who turned out to be great sellers with great stuff ,, No Disrespect i'm just saying ,,

bbrown98 , Your an established listia member so you must know the rules, Why r u trying to get this Member to break the rules and sell this with bids already in place but even if they weren't selling for money IS Against the rules and cause for getting booted off the site for good , weather your wanting to buy or just testing to see if he'll break the rules , it's wrong and unfair to him AND Your fellow listians who deserve a fair chance , That's just shady & selfish ,Most of us here on listia look out for one an another , if you read the comments you'd read he's playing fair and honestly here , Seeing the bid now & with still over 2 days to go he's doing great , When he follows thru ,gets good positive feedback he'll be doing even better ,
Asron209 keep up the good work , not easy at first being new but your handling it and not falling into traps like that , Tip if i may , -- many wait till the last minute to bid so being around that day for questions will increase your top bid a lot more than if your not , i wouldn't miss work or anything like that ,lol but it really helps the bid if you are=)
TIP in case i forget later -2 actually #1 there's an "update" button top the page BUT Only works up till 24hrs before auction ends ( can say anything about the auctions long as it's polite =)) , #2 Were ALL used to a lot of new comers scamming & it can make people over react harshly , i'd forgive them but should you ever feel need to there's a Block " button on every members page , op right ,can still see but can't bid OR Comment ,
