Night light with cowgirl on front. Looks like a Norman Rockwell picture but I am not sure. I do not think it works but would make a nice collectors item

Plugged it in wall socket with bulb that I knew was good and it did not turn on. I do not know what is wrong with it, maybe I just do not know how to turn it on. Just thought someone would want it for the unusual cover of the cowgirl to put on another light.
