Could you tell me approximately what age range these might fit? Are they different than a Toddler's size 4?

i think they are the same as toddler, my son wore them when he was 12 months, hes only 15 months now but already in a 6, but he kinda has big feet, lol. I measured them and they are about 5 1/2" inches long, taking into account a foot has to be put inside I would say a child with a foot around or shorter then 4 1/2" should be able to wear them. Hope that helps! :)
