i'm not really sure what this does i found it though a clean out and it looked pretty nice so i thought i put it on her to get some credits like i said i really don't know what it is maybe u do and if u do this would be perfect for u and im not really sure if it is a light i'm assuming it is from what i can see on the plug.i'm srry there is free shipping but if u live ouside the united states then u have to pay for shipping cuz im disabled and need the money to send it out to so once i recieve the money or when my auction ends it will send out and provide u with a tracking number.i accept paypal,cash post office money order only no other money order will be accepted and no checks thanks for looking and good luck u need to contact me within 7 days with a verified address no email as a address if u don't i will relist and keep all your credits there is no refunds due to buyer remoise so make sure u want cuz like i said im srry no refunds.plze check out my other auctions i might have what u want or need u won't know unless u go and check it out,once u recieve your item plze leave feedback so i can close my auction and if u fan me i'll fan u back
