These roses are good in most zones as long as they are properly prepared for the winter, especially in zones 4 and below. As long as they are covered and the roots insulated (I use fine cedar bark and cover to 4 inches from the base) they will winter just fine. My roses took about a year and a half, but are continuous bloomers, meaning they will bloom all season from spring to late fall. Unfortunately, no hypbrid rose is drought tolerant, these need watering everyday during the heat. They are easy to start and maintain, and the blooms are well worth the wait.
