Are these new or used? If used any scratches on the disc's?

I dont have an answer for that, it was given to me, I dont know, sorry

i'm sure the serials are used, in fact you could save some trouble and just email the codes to the winner.

ya but i would rather have the discs.

The Disc's would be nice to have but if you plan on playing them you would either have to go out and re buy them from the store or Get the virtual copies either way you will be paying for the games to be added to your account, They would make nice backup discs for sure.

Would it be possible to get the person who owned the games account with all there personal info removed? that way the winner would still be able to use the games?

You could "transer" accounts yes. People sell their wow characters all the time. Its basically the same thing. Go in and change out all the info to the new owner. Then mail them the discs so they have those as backup.

i checked the World of WarCraft site to see what would need to be done if infact this has been used, Since it is in the orginal packaging they will give you a new key for free, or you can pay $10. read this link
