FREE: Mermaid Tears Necklace

For this piece I hung it on a blue organza necklace, 16 in. long with 2 in. extender. The vial for this one is a mini vial that I filled with "mermaid tears" and then embellished it with a silver tone bead cap, amethyst glass bead, green AB bead, and a blue swarovski crystal bead. I used all new materials to make this piece.
