This is a light blue sleeper for PREEMIE babies. This doesn't have to be for babies, but also for a stuffed animal or baby doll since it is so small. The collar is brown along with the cuffs on the sleeves. There are three different dogs all over the sleeper and a big weenier dog on the side with polka dots. The sleeper is pre-owned and there are no stains and tares from what I can see. Comes from a smoke free home. I am giving this away because I am sure my baby won't be a preemie and this was given to me by a family friend.
