This is probably an antique, and nice enough to give as a special gift, or heirloom.

The color image, is the only one in the book as far as I know.

This book is made like a primer I think, to be used as a teaching tool for different aged children.

It has simple stories and poetry at the front of the book, and longer passages at the back.

It is strikingly bound.

There are two copyright dates listed in it, 1923 & 1927.

There is a name written on the inside front cover, but no markings in the book itself, that I know of.

One could get an old fashioned book plate and put over the name, and no one would know.

I LOOKED THE TITLE UP ON GOOGLE, AND IT SEEMS THAT IT WAS PUBLISHED IN THE 1920'S, AND WAS PART OF A SET, HENCE THE "LIBRARY".

However, this particular one, may NOT have been in a set, as it has no volume #. It might have just been a stand alone Primer.

IT SEEMS TO BE EXTREMELY RARE, as I can't find many images of a like kind, on the web.

But it's still a nice, attractive, useful book, without the others in the set.
