Just wondering why they are 10.95 for flat rate shipping when they look like they are small enough to fit in a 4.95 flat rate ship box usps? Fanned and watching very cool concept and cant say i have ever seen these

they are maybe 2 or 2 1/2 inches long, they are small but will make you see spots they are so bright :)
