Are both the pants and jacket size 46? And would you please measure the inseam for me. I think these might fit my husband. YEhhhhh!!!!

They are sized to a 38 or 40 waist and a 34 inch length. Both can be tailored to a longer leg or waist. The black pinstripe is an exceptionally nice suit. I have lost weight and neither fit anymore.

I believe they are a regular cut. If it helps I am 6'4" and they fit me. Also they are both a flat front.
