This is what an Ebayer had in their description:

N Scale SP Cattle Car was manufactured by High Speed Metal Products in China. These High Speed cars were a promotional item from Readers Digest and are not compatible with the normal N scale brand (Atlas, Bachmann, InterMountain, etc.) railroad cars. The High Speed cars are N scale in size and fit the normal N scale track, but the rigid couplers do not allow the cars to follow around curves in a normal manner, so they tend to derail. However, these cars can be a great addition to your N scale layout as "scenery" railroad cars, sitting on sidings or in rail yard displays. The car is "weighted" and has plastic wheels, axles and couplers. The car is about 3-3/4" in length, including couplers.
