This book is wonderful, absolutely heavenly. I love how the hard cover and spiral binding make this easy to use without having to sit at a table. It's easy to move the book around to get a good position for coloring, rather than having to contort my hand around. The pages are a nice thickness and the designs are beautiful. I prefer designs that are not "busy" and are not abstract. Of course, the Bible quotes are wonderful. I find myself reading and repeating them as I color. My mind focuses on the activity and quotes so much, it almost seems like meditation.
