The listing, Genuine Aventurine Necklace with Pentagram **Pagan/Wiccan** has ended.

This approximately 19" necklace was handmade by me using genuine Aventurine nuggets and glass spacer beads. The Pentacle is made of lead free Tibetan Silver and the clasp is a "hook-and-eye" style.
Aventurine is an excellent all-around luck stone. Powerful when used in money-attracting magic.

~Please CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS with your shipping address. I ship all my auctions out together, usually the day after they end. Failure to contact me within 7 days will result in a forfieture of your credits and a relist of the item as per Listia rules.

The pentacle (or pentagram) is a very old symbol, dating back thousands of years. It has been used by many different cultures and religions over the millennia. It was even used by Christianity at one point to represent the 5 wounds of Christ.
It modern times it has been adopted by the Wiccan/Neo Pagan movement as a banner symbol (kind of like what the cross is to Christianity).
In this incarnation, the pentacle has come to represent 5 elements: earth, air, fire, water, and spirit. Spirit is at the apex above all. For this reason it is favored by Wiccans to use/have present in circle when calling the quarters.

this is very pretty. Aventurine calls strongly to me - so I am always interested in aventurine stones/jewelry/etc. Great auction.
If you print up your mailing label through paypal, you save money and delivery confirmation is automatically included for only $0.19 versus the $1.80+ the post office charges. 99% of all my shipments include delivery confirmation because it costs less than a quarter and I can see where the package is at, and I don't have to worry about a dishonest customer saying they never got the package when they really did and they just want their credits/money back. It is much safer all the way around, especially for the seller.

Yes, but that is only if they pay for shipping through Paypal. And since I offer free shipping, there is no invoice through Paypal.
Eventually I am thinking about subscribing to one of those mailing systems like stamps.com or something.
