Adjustable Bates Enforcer Series women's size 7 1/2 boots. Unlace them, slide your foot in them, replace to your comfort then all you have to do is unzip to take them off or on. You should know that if you've worn Bates before!!! These are oil resistant and comfortable. They have only been worn twice to be tried on with socks but they didn't fit. So even though they aren't glass slippers, they are waiting for their Fire, Police, EMS Cinderella to slip them on and go to their next trauma/drama!
