It is a Size small but my shihtzu is 6.8lbs and it is a little too snug with all of her hair. I would be afraid it would not fit unless he is really slim. Thanks for watching!

it is 6" across when laying flat but it is acrylic and stretches some, not sure how to measure for around. Thanks
