does disk drive mean the hard drive is out, because i will have a solution for that problem? or does it mean the dvd game drive is out, i might be able to fix that problem also?

it opens and sometimes will play the disk be a movie or a game but its a hit or miss mostly a miss i looked at the cost of a new drive and its 30-50 bucks
