This is a 1997 Nintendo electronic Pikachu, it was support to talk. It used, it no longer speaks, can be repaired; just don’t have the right skills for it. There are some signs of wear in the rear near the tail & speaker. Other than that, the toy is in good cosmetic structure. Does not come in its original packaging,and the item measures 4 inches from tail to tip and 3 inches across the base.
