Free shipping, when offered, is only in the USA. However, delivery confirmation is not something I use since most items go first class letter. For first class parcels, this is an option the Buyer may request at their expense. I will not be responsible for lost, mangled or mishandled mail.

I would be willing to take the following payments: Paypal PREFERRED You don't have to have a Paypal account to send money to me. You simply go to Paypal.com and click on send money and use your debit/credit card info to Paypal and Paypal sends me the money. Your financial information is not revealed to me.
