This is another item that I received two of from Publishers Clearing House. I just need one of them so my husband can tell how much water we received from the rainstorms we get. It is a an thing I believe. Lol. It is made of strong plastic with the inches clearly marked. It comes with the parts to set it up straight. It can be put into the ground or hung on the side of your home. The screws come with it along with the bracket.
