Description
The listing, Native American Zuni Beaded Doll w/Fur Vintage has ended.
This was purchased during a road trip to California in the late 50s or early 60s.
Notice the beads are especially tiny. Much smaller than the seed beads one purchases now.
Rabbit bones are used as the body for these dolls. Some of the fur is still on the legs.
Length of doll is 2 1/2 inches and the width across the arms is 1 3/4 inches.
No lost or damaged beads. Very nice collectible Zuni Native American Beaded Doll

superb brings back memories I remember the kids playing and the girls wearing these tiny dolls as necklaces so they didn;t lose them lol A rawhide cord and boys had bolo style cords with beads and sometimes dolls. I lived with the Hopi for a short time when I was very young. I remeber the Zuni neighbors lol
that is really neat. He is very nice and needs a good home. I'm cleaning out as I have to downsize to a smaller apartment in a few months, so my loss is your gain.
