I Used to have something similar, well same but different brand GREAT Way to catch kids sneaking in or out at night when their on a different floor level i found , you put them up ,very easy, one attaches to door one to frame and anytime the connection is broken,meaning door opens the alarm / chime goes off, mine had onlyt the alarm,i the charms so much nice i bet, may even be helpful when a child gets up thru the night , opening their door will sound it letting Mom / Dad know their child may be about to approach their room, Ahh and sleep walkers,another great tool to warn parents and stop the tragic event of their child sleep walking right out the front door,, CAN BE INSTALLED BY ANYONE !!
