This is used but in great condition. It's for small to medium dogs. It has cushions so it doesn't hurt the dog and it tightens when they pull so they will stop. I only ship to listia verified addresses and will ship within 7 days of receiving your address.

Hello, would you also provide instructions on how it should be worn on the dog? I have one similar and my rescue dog has figured out how to slip out of the padded straps under her legs so I must not be fitting it correctly. She has outgrown the one I have. Yours appears much safer. Thank you
