The listing, 1996 First Day of Issue Cycling USPS Stamp has ended.
Another "cleaning out my paper files" auction! Here is a 1996 "Cycling-Sprint to the Finish" First Day of Issue authorized gold stamp replica. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and a card with the info pertaning to the stamp. Also included is a First Day of "Issue" Aster flower stamped envelope dated 1995. The envelope has a dark pink image of a woman gardening, I can't tell for sure, but it looks like where it says Fall garden flowers got wet, and smudged a bit. It also looks like it may have been done like that intentionally too! Along with these, there is a District of Columbia Bicentennial stamp that hasn't been used. I tried to get a good close pic, but couldn't seem to. It has a pictutre of Pennsylvania Avenue, circa 1903 on it. There is also a sheet of 10 fake stamps, they have Bush Country on them with the USA all in red. I have also included some stickers I found. One is a Radiohead, Amnesiac The New Album red round sticker, with what looks like a crying chubby demon on it. The other is for a band from Scotland called Idlewild, the back of the sticker says that they "were" the year's greatest unheard band! Please ask any questions you have before bidding, and if you fan me, I will def fan u back! Thanks for looking =] The very last pic is of a Jubilee Medal of Saint Benedict, who is the Patron of the Dying. Sounds a little morbid at first, until you read the paragraphs that accompany the charm. Comforting actually!
