This is a Certified Accuracy Dependable Fever Thermometer, Made for Hook's Dependable Drug Store.
It's a oral glass mercury thermometer, with the original bakelite, box, paperwork telling you how to use it.
It has no date or address on it anywhere at all.. So I know that it's very old and in excellent shape. The box is still in the condition I fount it in 25 yrs ago. I have kept it in a sealed bag.
