A fancy note is a bill that might have a birth year in the serial number or it could be two of the same number that might repeat it self or it could be 4, or more of the same number, like this one has 5- 5s, in it but you can Google it and get more information on it. Ikknow they sale on Ebay for the face value and up depending on condition and what type of bill it is and what denomination.

Also if you look at the bill the numbers 23455555 but not in that order but if it had 6789 in it, it would be called a ladder because of the numbers
