E27 is a European socket size, & made for 220 volt systems.

Will it work in the United States? Have you tried it in a regular light socket (with standard 120 volt)?

I didn't know that ~ If you look at the last photos you'll see my cieling light in my living room ~ it's a standard 120 volt & I put the bulb in there & covered it with my Infinity IQ light shade ~ which I also list & I never had any issue ~ aside from the fact that flipping the switch on the wall did not control the bulb ~ only the remote controlled the bulb ~ so if the bulb was on & someone flipped the switch off ~ the light appeared to turn off but if you waited ~ you'd see it flash & every few minutes it would flash ~ You had to turn it off on the control ~ But I didn't think that was odd ~ the remote is for the bulb after all ~ so it made sense to me?

Really? Really? Oh, yeah & you only have to wait 6-8 weeks while it's shipped in from overseas ~ I shopped on that site once & it took so long to get my item ~ that I'd forgotten I'd even purchased sunglasses! Jeez!

Well .....Hey here's a bright idea ~ why don't you start going to every single online seller & finding out where each object they sell can be found at a better deal & put every single online seller out of business by advertising for free for their competitors !!

You should get one of these bulbs by the way ~ cuz you are by far the dimmest bulb ever :)
