hi this will only work with a brand new computer? it will not restore or put windows 98 back on my PC? thank you

It says Microsoft windows 98
for distribution with anew pc thank you

actually even tho it says new pc only. you can use it to restore or put windows 98 onto any computer. its just what i need for my daughter to play the game i won.
