NIB This is a stock photo. the Collector's Edition Number on the one you are bidding on is 067173. The box is is a little bit beat up from storage and packing. The only time this was opened was 3 months ago when my daughter gave it to me to sell at a yard sale. My husband opened it to make sure that the batteries were never put in and since it was purchased for my daughter just as a collectible, we purchased new batteries, tried them, and turned it on. Everything worked and it was replaced in the box. I have seen this listed on EBay for over $100.00 in fair condition, so your getting a great deal. I don't like to wait , so why make you.
