I would hope that isn't the case, it's so wrong to do somebody that way over $7.. I'm on the fence myself, I'm fairly new and just not sure, as I new a phone badly, the sound on my phone stopped working , but very hesitant to bid on this. Thank you for letting him know what he should do.

Seller you can block AvaPal2003 her if you don't want to have her rude comments any further. Just click on her name and it will take you to her profile at the top of her profile right hand side it will say "Block User" click on it then confirm and it's done she will no longer be able to comment or bid on any of your auctions. You really didn't have to take it out on me!! Wow I am new to Listia myself ok, and when people told me I needed to do something because I was new, I took it with a grain of salt and did it!! I said nothing wrong to you, so whoever did say somethings to you, maybe you should have takes it out on them?? A lot of people have gotten scammed from others!! So they are concerned! I do t think that kind of reaction will make them trust you!!! And why in the world would you sell a phone for credits and and not money? People in America have a hard time understanding that?

Are you still using the phone? If yes are you going to remove the Activation lock thayt is currently On meaning that the phone is Icloud locked and it can't be activated by whoever wins this phone. You need to remove the Lock on the Icloud. I checked the imei number you provided and it states i"Activation Lock: ON imei IPHONE 5s 357989059864432 States Current user's Apple ID and password will need to be provided before anyone else can use or activate the iphone. Current user must delete this phone from there carrier account and erase there ID and Password before a new user can use this phone and that has not been done as of April 2, 2016 at 1L27am

Jihed, your best way to prove that it isn't fake, take a picture of the phone with a piece of paper that has your Listia username written on it. I agree with you that someone has to have a first auction under their belt, it's just that people are leery of first-timers with big ticket items like this or game consoles or whatever. It comes off as scam a lot of the time. Seeing as you're answering a lot of the questions quickly, I'm adding this to my watch list. IF this is a legit auction, and I'm on the fence right now as to whether or not it is, you have a good chance to make some credits here. Keep in mind however, IF you don't send the item in excellent condition as promised, and you take someone's money for shipping, your reputation on here will be ruined and a scam like this will never work on here again. Listia can and WILL block you if you take shipping money and don't send the item. Good luck (IF it's legit) and enjoy the site. Welcome to Listia.
