This is a 3x skirt, I've worn it maybe twice. Made by Fashion Bug. It is gathered at the top and has a floral black and white pattern (pic 3), This can be worn for any event, casual, work , date, party, Every tip you put a different shirt on, you have a whole new outfit.

It's about a 44. All I have is carpenter's measuring tape, It has a lot of stretch, so I see no reason why you couldn't wear it without even stretching it out. good luck if bidding

It says 100% polyester. However it's not that clinging hot type. The outer part of the skirt is a sheer and it has a built in slip. I forgot to mention that, oops, I will fix that. The one time I wore it was a during a Las Vegas summer night and it wasn't hot at all.

Tragic, I still have 2 cassettes of his. I know what you mean about skirts, but I wear shorts under them so my thighs don't chafe, and let's just admit it, as a plus size lady. sometimes t't hard to sit like one...lol
