Beautiful blouse with a flattering style, it has shiny silver that runs down through it, buttons down the front and it does have some stretch to it, made with the flattering band around the center for that slimming look

Nice but could you please tell me if it is a 26/28 size?? Now days some 3x sizes range from 22/24 or 24/26 and last 26/28. I have bided and won a few 3x sizes here but they don't fit to small. Now I have to ask this before bidding any more
