Description

The listing, 1968 Get All 3 Presidential candidates on 2" Original HUMPHREY NIXON WALLACE campaign election disc has ended.

This is a neat 2 inch 1968 original hard paperboard item modeled after a coin, disc or token and officially issued for the 1968 Presidential election campaigns.

How often do you see a single official campaign item with all three major candidates for president?

NOT A DIME'S WORTH OF DIFFERENCE (with drawings of Hubert Humphrey the Democratic nominee and Richard Nixon the Republican nominee) and

on the reverse side: WALLACE COURAGE TO STAND UP FOR AMERICA (with drawing of George Wallace, Governor of Alabama, American Independent Party nominee) Also notes: PFA (paid for and authorized by) WALLACE CAMPAIGN.

This is colored silver as in a dime. Condition shows some slight wear, however, very nice. A very interesting campaign item that shows all three major party candidates, while promoting one.

I am a member of the American Political Items Collectors (apic.us) and am offering this from my collection. I only offer original political items.

Look to me like I see a crease or two. Is that so?

Thanks for asking, but I do not observe any fold or doubling of the paper disc that would be a crease. There is some paper wear as shown that lines up, perhaps as something moved across it. IF bidding reaches at least 320 credits, I found I have another close to MINT example that I will include as a Bonus for the winner, so that the winner will receive TWO (2) of these campaign items.
